The world is in total chaos right now. It’s like someone hit the ‘PANIC’ button and everyone went crazy. I wasn’t concerned about this virus at first but I’m not gonna lie— it’s pretty scary now!!! I can’t help but worry about it, knowing it would be dangerous for me to get that sick.
But God is not worried about the Coronavirus.
He is not concerned or phased by it at all. God is in complete control even in times we feel are total chaos.
During this ‟quarantine,” I am most disappointed in not being able to go to the gym or psychology class!
I am doing my best to workout at home, but I still can’t do as much..
In January, I was so hesitant about going to psychology class on campus, but so many people told me that it would be so fun and that I would love the teacher. So I finally decided to go and they were right!!! Now, I looked forward to going each time, but since we’ve been dealing with the Coronavirus, it has to be online anyway!
As disappointed as I am, I know God is in control and is still working towards his greater plan.
What are you missing out on?
I know mostly everyone is disappointed in missing something but just know God isn’t wasting this. To us, things look bad, but even in a bad situation, there’s room for something good. The Coronavirus might have caught us by surprise but it didn’t catch God by surprise.
Maybe we can use this time off well, like taking a much needed break, extra time to spend with your family, (or puppies if you’re lucky enough —>)
and extra time to spend with God. So instead of feeling discouraged about what you can’t do think about what you can do!!! Now you have time to do the things that you’ve been too busy for!
Please remember to keep those affected by the virus in your prayers! Hopefully this will be resolved quickly so we can all go back to our daily lives and we will all be more thankful each day for the things we get to do!
Words form the one who has her thumb on the pulse of the world. God bless you and continue to give you wisdom.
I love your perspective Janey! Thank you for sharing!
I love it. So true. God bless you.
